Description
Rockburn Fumé Blanc is a single vineyard wine displaying the richness and minerality created from out Parkburn Vineyard site, giving a richer, rounder take on the Kiwi favourite 'Sauvignon Blanc. Extended barrel maturation and malolactic fermentation induce secondary characteristics giving texture, length and weight to the wine. You will discover notes of white peach, petrichor, and wet stone; hints of pavlova dance on the rich but well defined palate.
