Fresh Whanganui raspberries combine with notes of white chocolate in a skilfully blended indulgence that uses less sugar than better-known international cream liqueur brands. The formula relies on the best locally sourced berries, evidenced in its subtle pink hue and distinctive, natural red berry character that retains a thread of acidity. Thick cream and white-chocolate are accented at the finish. Utterly delicious chilled in a short glass or sipped at room temperature, alternatively, pour it over ice cream or sponge cake.
